Cigarettes and Bottles

Never have I ever been this lonely
It’s just me and the silver moon
With broken bottles and burned out cigarettes
Never have I ever been this lonely
I have been looking for myself for a while now
With broken bottles and burned out cigarettes
Some say it’s my insecurities
Others say it’s a lonely place
We are all running on barrowed time
Greatest Battles have been fought with the self
Never have I ever been this lonely it’s just me and the silver moon
With broken bottles and burned out cigarettes
Some nights are longer
Some days are colder
Time has passed by,
Yet I seem to be drifting away
Under the shadows and beneath stars
Never have I ever been this lonely
It’s just me and the silver moon
With broken bottles and burned out cigarettes
